Bringing New Life to a Lake Shore Drive Condo

This condo was a disaster when we bought it sight unseen!

The space was filled with bold colors, outdated finishes, and years of wear that left it feeling dark and disconnected from one of its greatest assets: its incredible location and views.

From the beginning, the goal was to create a bright, fresh space that took full advantage of the natural light pouring in from the 12th floor and the beautiful views of Lake Michigan. We chose a soft off-white palette throughout the main living areas to make the condo feel open and airy, while adding touches of blue in the kitchen and bathroom to add some personality.

The became the focal point of the renovation. By expanding the cabinetry and enlarging the island, we were able to create more storage, more workspace, and a better gathering place for everyday living and entertaining.

Clean, crisp and fresh are the words that come to mind for the condo. I wanted neutrals for whoever buys this property to be able to add their own touches.
